Backbone

In order to guarantee customers full redundancy and permanent availability, IPHH is connected to a variety of locations via multiple upstream links. The backbone routers are also redundantly connected via fiber optics (fiber optic technology). Each location consists of a least two backbone routers as a mutual safeguard in the event of a failure.
